ALLOCATION OF RISK OF LOSS TO BUYER
Risk of loss, injury or destruction of the goods shall be borne by buyer [from and after the date the goods physically leave the possession and control of seller or as the case may be], and any such loss, injury or destruction shall not release buyer from any obligation under this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
